Mick Fanning’s small wave board has been getting a lot of attention of late, and they’ve finally turned into a model that’s available to all us common folk. Introducing, the Phoenix. Designed to be surfed 2 to 3 inches shorter and 1 to 3 liters more than your everyday shortboard. Flames are optional, of course.
Glassing: Stock (4x4x4) + Tiger claws, which improves strength and flex.
Rocker: Flatter entry Rocker
Concave: Single to Double Concave
Rails: Medium to low rail
Carbon: White Carbon Innegra Toe Patches
Tail: Rounded Squash
Fins: Thruster, 3 Fin FCS 2 or Futures
